My bad, I blame phoneposting and those two aircraft looking fairly similar in general, especially from that angle. Should have known from the refueling boom though.

He's more sheltered than he realises, a decent amount of people in Belgium(and of course other European countries) have tattoos that are easily covered up or in less visible places, and most of them aren't criminals. The difference is mainly just the visibility.
