They might be out there but the one targeting fat kids is the only example I know of. Campaigns would probably need to be directed at preventing obesity more than reducing rates in the current population. Policies could be things like mandating employment or food standards that make a healthy life style attainable for working people, and making the consumption of videogames, doritoes and mountain dew punishable by death.
