That's actually the poem's deepest line. The turkey gets stuffed, but so too do all the diners, you are 'stuffed' at the end of Thanksgiving dinner, stuffed with turkey. In both partaking of and being the Thanksgiving dinner, Jett's turkey-daughter would need to be 'stuffed' in the terms of being a turkey, but in terms of partaking in dinner, that with which she would be stuffed would inevitably be herself.
