Also if this wasn't digital it would have been made on paper, which is made from trees, so this is perfectly topical yes it is lalala i can't hear you

sigma 6 posted:I know this is "cheating" but I wanted to share this anyways. Nothing is cheating. Everything is practice. Though I think that site is talking up a method that probably doesn't give you the same light results as using this method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXrOnWxdStc. The original documentary is called Tim's Vermeer. I'm going to attempt one in the next year or two.

Finished today as part of a university project thing. Tried something very different with this one. Most of my stuff is very clean, Disney-lines-esque and I'm trying to bust out of that.

Haven't posted in a while. Fell into a funk of not drawing for a while. Got back on the horse and have been drawing again. Feels great. This is my latest creation, a color study in colored pencil and pen for an upcoming painting. The hotdog cherub

I made a goofy doodle. 1920s cartoony spider thing. I need to flesh the concept out a bit more, but I like the character a lot and wanna integrate it into my hotdog universe. Shameless plug for myself: Here's my Instagram where I post most of my work, for anybody interested.

^^^ Your mom is a lucky woman! That's a really nice piece. Starting this one out, eventually color will go over the lines and cover 'em. Doing my standard color on it, no idea about background. Maybe trees...? E: slow going on the color. Scathach fucked around with this message at 13:25 on Dec 18, 2015 |
