I'm in a similar position to the OP except I have maxed 401k and Roth IRA contributions this year. Also do I need to throw together a TOD account? (I think that's what they're called.) I have about 40k beyond our emergency fund that I think may turn into a house down payment that's just sitting in a 1% savings account.
