I know its basically cheating but the first thing that comes to mind is this. Mainly because countless times I'd finish adventuring, fast travel back to a town, and then the second the game loads me in there's suddenly a guy screaming right in my face about a crime I don't even remember committing. Then when I pay my 5 gold fine I pop out of the jail entrance where my 3 Fighter's Guild lackeys are ALWAYS standing around waiting to sing my praises. As if they figured out the best way to see the guild leader was too wait for him to inevitably get caught performing yet another petty crime.
