Jagatara (じゃがたら) is a pretty good Rock / Funk band that was active around the 80's-90's.

I can somewhat find them relatable to Mountain Mocha Kilimanjaro (マウンテン・モカ・キリマンジャロ) which have been active since the early 2000's, though they are mostly directed towards Funk.
