Does anyone know any good record stores in either Tokyo, Kyoto, or Osaka? I'm mostly interested in punk stuff, but I also like experimental/avant garde/noise, whatever you want to call it. The stores don't necessarily have to stock exclusively (or even primarily) Japanese music. Also good would be venues and/or show listing sites. Japan Improv hasn't been updated in almost a year, and last.fm kind of sucks anymore.

I discovered Plastics in 2016, and I think they're definitely cool and good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRmS8sO1fYw Their debut album is pretty good, but apparently whoever owns the rights to it doesn't like YouTube, so YouTube mostly only has low quality VHS clips from shows or TV appearances.
