The visceral nature of what Hamas freedom fighters did to random civilians is only going to serve Israeli interests. You have to imagine the Israeli government knows that and will leverage that, and international powers will likely turn a blind eye to what comes. A high-rise eating a JDAM pales in comparison to mortally terrified, stripped naked civilians being herded into trucks to some god awful fate at the hands of anti-colonial forces.
