 It's a deeply flawed movie that couldn't decide what it wanted to be, but I'll always appreciate it for a bad guy getting his head cut off and Bruce Willis' character quipping "I guess he won't be attending that hat convention in July."

 Wait... people malign The Last Boy Scout? I think it's pure awesomeness from beginning to end, in the great Shane Black tradition. Just a great, violent action/buddy comedy. In fact, it's my favorite Bruce Willis movie after the original Die Hard.
