Finn was jolted because his entire career he was a janitor and that was his 1st combat mission (he says this if I recall correctly) and he's broken immediately. I am sure the other stormtroopers are put through the reconditioning system if they display the same behavior. It's why Phasma knew what to do. But in this case before they could get him into the system he was escaping with Poe. Otherwise that plot wouldn't happen as he'd be a stone cold killer.

They killed off two potentially good characters in Qui Gon Jinn and Darth Maul. I just picked up the art book and HOLY poo poo - this is no mere book of pictures, this is an awesome, in depth look at the Star Wars universe. Im barely in and already having my eyes widen. There was a picture of a "primitive" lighsaber, just a crystal wrapped in string and a trigger. "All this aluminum-milled stuff, that's all for safety and styling" Harrison Ford was early seen being like Jeff Bridges in True Grit, long, swept back hair and a full beard. Would have been awesome.

That Grievous fight is so loving bad. And im not here to praise the Tartakovsky cartoon as that was over the top. Ewan McGregor is just flailing around in quick cuts to hide the fact that he had no idea what was going on. He stands there motionless as a giant beast unleashes four loving lightsabers. Look at the cut scene from the TFA trailers when Finn quickly glances as Kylo ignites his saber. Something like that was needed as Obi Wan realizes this is a huge loving deal. It's poor directing. Then later its twice shown that Grievous is insanely tough - physically that is - he punches a dent into a ship and when Obi Wan kicks him he recoils in pain - yet he takes a direct punch to the face and is fine? gently caress off.
