What are some brands to avoid? I've been avoiding Beach Cliff for a while, but are they actually any good? They're so cheap, I'm nervous

Tried the Sea Tales sardines in olive oil with chili. Texture was so-so, they broke apart real easy, but not mushy. Very little chili taste, if any, but I'd get them over King Oscar in the future, pretty good all in all, especially for being about 60 cents a can cheaper than KO
