Wow, the moon looked terrible in the before-times when hoverboards didn't exist!  I wonder how butt-ugly those early generation Covenant looked before the new models burst out of their cloning vats.

Man, it's a shame those guys didn't have a Master Chief with them when they went exploring that place. I was almost about to praise you for not getting lost in there because I sure as gently caress wouldn't be able to do it but then you did get turned around and I realized how shoddily this whole LP was made. If you run straight inside instead of shooting enemies, you'll see a squad of marines taking the elevator down just before you can get there. That's why the elevator comes up right as you're standing there, which creeped you guys out. It offloads the marines and then comes back up. It all seems like future technology anyway so an elevator rising to meet you doesn't seem any weirder to me than automatic doors honestly. Seems in line with how they're trying to build them up. Shame that this game came out so long ago. I'd be hopeful for Flood on Covenant fights. Or seeing different types of Flood besides the one body type using other types of gun.

It's a very weird decision to decide that the character escorting you doesn't get to use a weapon. Very obnoxious level. It would've been nice if there were sentinels or security besides droids that pop in every now and then that could help. And by sentinels I mean like MOBA towers that shoot everything coming around it. Make it seem like this place is supposed to be for dealing with Flood so it's filled with anti-Flood weaponry. I always thought the Warthog supposedly never getting fixed was because the old guard of Halo would hate seeing anything in the game changed like that. I haven't played or watched anything beyond 3/Reach so I didn't know if that was true or not.
