Bodybuilding.com is known for it's overzealous mods, mainly because there seem to be about 50 for every subforum.
After the company warehouse was raided by the FDA because of them selling 'designer supplements' (prohormone stuff), they deleted their steroid forum and started banning anyone who mentioned drugs.

Bodybuilding.com is weird. The site had to censor bbc because the users were obsessed with black men's penises.
