I still do that lol. But I was playing chrono trigger recently and it seemed perfectly fine to go to a shop and buy things that were simply upgrades to whatever I had.

I think my SP is the handheld I've played the most of throughout my life. Even more than my original fat DS I played for about 7 years... GBA is a fantastic system for sure

I didn't care for the Final Fantasy Tactics Advance games but Advance Wars scratches pretty much the same itch, also the portable Castlevania games have been the only good ones since Symphony hope this was helpful.
