2015 is my first full year shooting. I feel like I got lots better in the second half of the year - likely down to figuring how how to achieve the looks in my head. Goal for 2016 is to actually take pictures with people in them.

I didn't really get "serious" about photography until around May of this year, when I finally picked up my wife's old Canon 10D and starting messing around with DSLR photography. I feel like I've grown a lot, and still have a long way I want to go. And tons of gear I want to buy. It was mostly bird photography for me this year, comparing my stuff to last year/prior - getting the Tamron 150-600 in late 2014 was a great purchase. This lady carried her service dog at the "Log Carry" obstacle. It was great. I had no idea you'd ever see dolphins that far north and was lucky enough to get the bird with it.
