I figure Parson's passion was tempered by the end of book 1 since he sees the units as people in a world encouraging him to think of them as things. He's still a warlord, and warlords are gonna warlord. If his purpose is bringing peace to Erf, what would he even do afterwards?

Eh, she's already over Wanda, but I don't think anything is actually broken. Like Wanda, she is an exceptionally powerful skills and abilities that is also a total fuckup and liability to their side. Charlie would be wiped out in a few turns if he had both the non-wonder twins working for him.
