Dan Carlin's Hardcore History is really good - his voice is really soothing, his podcasts are loooong and at least if you can't sleep, you get to listen to something interesting instead of tossing and turning! This helps me to sleep also. Any audio book or podcast of something vaguely interesting, not too interesting though or I'll be too engaged and won't sleep. The problem with this though is I become too accustomed to it in my sleep routine and have a really hard time falling asleep in situations where I don't have them.
