I have blackout curtains, a white noise machine (I love the "rain" sound), no electronics before bed, use the bed for only sleep, and I take melatonin. I'm sure if I meditated before bed it would help. I'm still dissatisfied with my sleep but it's gotten much better. I seem to wake up multiple times a night (probably between each sleep cycle) and have early morning awakening. I sleep on my stomach, and I'm not sure if that's a bad thing or not. Keep a dream journal!
