Personally, I find light and sound to be a big deal. If you're a typical goon and spend a lot of time staring at computer and TV screens, I highly recommend f.lux or similar program to dim things a bit.

Try to set aside an hour or two before bedtime as your chillax NO loving ELECTRONICS time.
