I'm working on a couple new projects, one of which is a sequel to ESA. It's been less than a week since I've last been asked when the game comes out of alpha so I really need to reconsider the naming scheme for the sequel, haha. I hope Smite doesn't mind this, but here's a little animation to show the difference between 8x8 and 12x12 tiles (it's much larger than I'd have assumed):
