Im at a major tourist attraction on the gold coast, theres a group of asians with over 50k of camera bodies alone before lenses, all but 1 are using their iphones to take pics.

It was just funny watching all these tourists with expensive as gently caress cameras around their necks using iphones. Saw a dude with what looked to be an L telephoto on his canon using digital zoom on an ipad.

Digital zoom sucks on every phone but if I want just a quick wide angle snap of something, I'll usually grab for my phone before my camera, even if I have both on me.

I went out in the snow the other day and wanted to get a good picture of dog footprints leading somewhere in the snow. Opened up the photos tonight. Turns out I was so focused on getting the angle right with respect to the paw prints that I didn't notice that Terra didn't quite get out of the way.
