Hello everyone, this thread is for us over 30 to talk about getting old - good & bad. For you youngins you either get older or die, so enjoy your youth. I'm a bit slower and fatter. I've always liked older women & women my age hear their biological clock ticking, so dating is good. 38 here. I'm in the best shape of my life because literally everything fun has near-instantaneous effects on my body Eat junk food? Next day I'm two pounds heavier and feel like poo poo Skip cardio? Next day I'm exhausted and feel like poo poo Stay up until midnight? My sleep's off for days and I feel like poo poo Drink too much? Well, actually I've gotten way better at this with age, so the next day I usually feel okay Edit: Im actually 37. Constantly getting your age wrong is another effect of aging

I joined SA at 29 and now I'm 40 and don't really feel any different than I ever have. I'm a bit fat right now, but losing weight and I'm still not as fat as I was in 7th grade. I have a few random gray hairs on my face, but not on my head. One perk of being older is cheaper insurance. No way in hell could I have afforded to insure three motorcycles at 20 or maybe even 30.
