If credit score is holdup just have your wife on title if hers is good. Bank will look at household income but only credit score for her.

It was last New Year's eve I got notice my lovely apartment was to be gentrified so I had to go. They kindly offered to move me to the building they had just reno'd next door for triple the rent. gently caress all landlords. Anyway, I'm in a decent new place now and I hope you also have a nice new place and have a great 2016! Thank you for maintaining this lovely website that brings me joy.
