So just getting in and getting health insurance and stuff wouldn't be too bad. Head straight north from missouri and you hit manitoba. Winnipeg is a nice, affordable town. Great place as long as you aren't trying to find a job or leave your house in winter. I hear the summers are a bit humid, but probably not worse than missouri. Much lower chance of being shot. Only a 15 hour drive back to Missouri to visit his kids!
