I will laugh if they add an afk timer to this game and the solution ends up being the same as FFXIV: Being in a conversation with an NPC or object.

I think the thing that has stood out to me the most while playing through the game is the sheer variety in NPC appearances. Unlike most kMMOs, they aren't all immaculate human beings with no flaws. There's NPCs of all shapes, sizes, ages, etc. Some are completely average and plain, and some are just downright homely. It really shows off how robust the character generation in this game is.

Cathead what is your summoner build at 45? I'm nearing 40 and having a lot of fun but I have no idea what to do beyond the recommendations you made earlier in the thread. I am kind of just putting points in places that make things die better/make me live better.

What I've noticed is that a lot of sentences will finish and then immediately start the next one with no pause or delay. It makes things feel very unnatural and stilted. I wonder if they recorded each individual sentence and then put them in game piecemeal without including any significant delay. For me, it felt most noticeable starting with Yehara or Soha. Also Hajoon is the best.

The more I play this game, the more I realize that I am really bad at the combat system in this game. I can't even imagine playing like some of the loving high end people and actually utilizing everything available. I can't remember what leads into what half of the time because they aren't always on screen and I have no sense of permanence when it comes to button pushing.

i've been enjoying this a whole lot again. ran a gunslinger up to 45 so far with a friend. i only really quit the first time because a bunch of friends bounced off the game and this game is bad to play alone. it's pretty and fun and the music is good. i hope the content at 55 is interesting, because the lack of it at 45 is apparently why all of my friends quit. also leveling way faster than in the past helps a lot too.
