Yeah he loving nailed it. Trump is literally bragging about committing sexual assault, how is he even still in the race. Jesus.

It continues to baffle me that nobody seems to really care when a candidate straight-up denies reality that can be proven one way or the other in seconds. If advertisers can't say things in commercials that are provably false, why do we let politicians? Why don't the moderators turn their mics off and stop the debate to say in big flashing letters "WHAT THIS PERSON SAID IS ACTUALLY A LIE"? They're not President yet, why handle them with kid gloves? Just say at the beginning "Just so you both know, if you state something that is objectively and provably false, you'll be escorted from the debate, bye".

All it was missing was a Jon Stewart cameo. You can get Larry King but not Jon?

Yeah, that was odd to say the least. I was surprised they got John Oliver, I had been under the impression CC and TDS were salty about him doing the same thing on another network instead of staying on.

Yes it is. It's on Netflix, everyone watch it. Seriously.

Am I the only one thinking that Trevor Noah's Daily Show has really started to come into it's own during these past few weeks?

Honestly I've found Trevor's takes on a lot of the horror that has happened recently some of the best I've seen.

It's been especially great lately, but honestly I've thought Trevor has been doing a good job the whole time.

I work IT for a manufacturing company and our factory employees make between $25 and $35 /hr since they get paid piece rate. While they don't plan on shipping jobs overseas, that's big time pay for work that robots could do.

Raising the minimum wage to a realistic living wage of at least $15-$20/hr would theoretically be a fantastic way to alleviate the job problem in towns that rely on factory work, because when everyone in town, from the clerk at the gas station to the stock guy at Wal-Mart, is making decent money, the town sustains itself more easily. Unfortunately, the reality of places like that is at the whim of executives of large corporations and to what extent they're willing to spread their profit expectations to "cover" for less traditionally "profitable" areas.

Michelle Wolf's bit tonight rubbed me the wrong way. (no pun intended) I agree with everything she said 100%, and some of it was funny, but ugh - I've heard this poo poo before. Yes, women should be writing the laws on their reproductive rights. loving do something about it. Get more women elected to Congress. Don't just make dumb tired jokes from the 90's about it.

Is this like when I got scowled at by an entire room full of activists when I pointed out that literally none of them were planning on working in politics or business and every one of them was majoring in Liberal Arts?
