The real fun will be Biden and Ryan, side by side again! Diamond Joe making faces at Ryan the whole time will make the whole night worthwhile.

Seems like a perfect setup for Obama to crack a little joke about them together again on national TV, maybe give Biden an opening to noogie Ryan.

Still, the one thing people can agree on about Obama is he delivers a pretty decent speech, we might as well enjoy one of his last big ones before his era passes. We'll miss the man when he's gone, at least considering his potential successors.

Can they just not show up as a deliberate snub? Have people done that before? If you can, I'm surprised he's the only one rather than the whole Tea Party caucus and some other hardliner types like Cruz.

They should insist they won't speak to Obama without preconditions.
