Far as I know you should call a tax preparer and/or the IRS and say "hey I screwed up, what do I do to fix this?" There are people in the world who have the job of sorting out mistakes like that. Pretty sure nothing too terrible is going to happen beyond maybe paying a few fines or penalties.
