Yeah his facial structure is remarkably similar, considering he doesn't share any common ethnic characteristics with Anya (Dichen Lachman who is Tibetan/Australian)

That's Zach McGowan who plays Captain Charles Vane on Black Sails for those that didn't recognize him through the face-paint. Don't know if he's going to be a regular on the show, but he was a pretty bad rear end antagonist on Black Sails.
