Oysters are the best god drat thing ever and I love all of them. Big ol blue points and skinny malpeques and itty bitty kumamotos and everything in between. Once it's a little warmer out, I'm gonna sit outside with a cooler of beer and a couple pounds of oysters and go to town on those bitches. Don't rush when you shuck them or you'll end up with a bunch of scars all down your thumb like I did.
