So I've been using the "Rise like a Fenix" glitch to get my SuperPAC to have essentially infinite money, but no matter what I spend it on Jeb! just won't gain any stats. Has the game flagged me for cheating or do SuperPACs do nothing in this game? They seemed so OP in previous games.
