I don't think we should have daily banning quotas. I think we should only probate or ban people if they do something wrong, or if we've a REALLY good idea for things to post in the Leper's Colony. Sometimes I'm really inspired to ban, but sometimes I'm just not feeling it. If I'm forced to do it anyway the bans come out stilted and half-hearted.
