With such a great ensemble cast there's a lot of potential for some really good character interactions. We already got a taste of that with that barfight scene. I'm really looking forward to seeing where this goes.

I think this show (even more so than the Flash) is pulling off the "live-action comic book" feel. It's pulpy fun with crazy action and asinine situations.

I really liked Ray's line "I always wanted to be a spy!" as he played one on 'Chuck' where a character remarked that he "looked kind of like Superman." Additionally, if I'm not mistaken Chris Fedak was a producer on both shows.

I am unbelievably stoked for Arrow Beyond next week. This show just keeps getting better and better. Utilizing various team-ups to enact development (like Mick and Ray getting some gulag bonding time or a few weeks ago when Snart, Mick, and Sarah went to the bar) is the best idea ever. Literally the only character I don't like at this point is Kendra.

I think that the show doing half seasons will help get it renewed for longer than it would otherwise. Despite the higher special effects and costuming budget that (I assume) this show requires, it helps that there are less episodes to actually write and film.

Yeah, this is everything I hoped for in a Legends premier. Time lesbians, Ray loving up, Firestorm being cool, and Rip desperately trying to reign everyone in.

I was actually more miffed about their speaking modern English in 823 England. I got over it pretty fast when Jackson and Stein were dressed like wizards cuz that was pretty funny. As soon as something dumb happens, I remember what I'm watching and just chuckle at it. This season's gonna be so great.

(I think that was the line, anyway)

Mick's gonna be right in his element with Al Capone being involved. Can't wait! It was worth the build-up they did this week to get to the real crossover episode tonight. It was time for Legends to get a little time in the spotlight in the DCTV universe.

I find it incredibly fitting that 'Legends' deigned to air a Christmas episode in early February. Despite the general idiocy of this episode, I was having a blast and a half the entire time so I'm calling it yet another win. Kaboom indeed.
