Longbaugh01 posted:

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Stein (and most--if not all--of the others) can be returned to when they were first plucked out of the timeline without missing a beat.

That was what Rip originally told them but it can't work like that any more because they didn't. Instead of coming back right away they came back later which precludes them from coming back right away. You'd end up with timequakes again since there would be multiple versions of themselves running around.

Although I kind of wish he had started singing something from Godspell instead.

Brandon Routh has posted a poster for season 3 and it looks like they're sticking with season 2 cast with no big change ups.

Apparently part of the story for the new season is Captain Hunter setting up a replacement for the Time Masters called the "Time Bureau"

It's really weird that they went through the entire process of designing and giving Nate a costume and he wore it like once.

Some websites are speculating that its an indicator that there's a new person in the Matrix. Although it could just be a way of showing both characters so people didn't speculate that Stein was off the crew.

Looks like that poster was just the returning cast as they just announced a new character joining the team this season. Tala Ashe is Zari Adrianna Tomaz aka Isis. Okay... that name is probably going to change.

Her character is going to be from the near future (2030) and is a hacker, who also has some mystical superpowers given to her by an "ancient source."

They kind of made the concept of Booster obsolete with the Legends. There really isn't any reason for him to show up in the CW shows.

Amaya is like the one person who doesn't belong because her absence does effect the timeline. I know they chose the original actors more for availability but if you think about it them being just completely absent going forward does work.

They've already talked about how next season is Rip putting together a new group to replace the Time Masters. Who are obviously not happy with the Legends "breaking" time.

The joke is that he played the guy who built the Titanic in the James Cameron movie.

Looks like we're getting some ancient Roman stuff as Simon Merrells has been cast as Julius Caesar. Probably best known in America for playing Crassus on Spartacus.

Not really a big surprise but they've confirmed Snart is back again this season but will be a different take on the character. They haven't exactly clarified what that means yet.

He was on last season of Agents of SHIELD and they killed off his character.
