I don't think so? They used the Super FX 2 chip with this game. That's why there's so much use of 3D and deformations to begin with. It's just that keeping 3D effects to a minimum keeps the game running smoothly.

Huh? The three major emulators that exist handle it just fine. ZSNES is the only one that requires a change in the settings to fix it. And it was working in the video, too.
