As a big dumb idiot from Australia, I'm going to try and go to this and I am fairly sure I will miss out on tickets, become depressed and sink into a stupor. Viva San Diego 2016!~ Edit: Any other dumb Australian idiots going? Double Edit: Huh wow. Guess I am definitely not getting tickets. a cock shaped fruit fucked around with this message at 01:51 on Feb 9, 2016 |

On a scale of 1 to heartbreaking, getting the sold out updates sucks but is at least better than finally being in a position to buy and realising they are all gone

On a scale of slim to none, what are my chances of maybe finding someone with a pro pass so wants to count me in on their entry? I'm going to keep trying on the regular tickets, but I am really trying to go this year in light of health issues and I can feel the edge of desperation on the horizon.

Yeah I need to know this. Is it called 'Strip Club' because it is one? Or is it just a clever name that leaves people sad and disappointed?

I think it was just a solid 40ish minute ride so no middle of the day naps or anything. Yeah I heard the route is pretty forgiving

Right, veterans of the SDCC plane of existence, help a newbie out. To realistically see this panel, and not get lovely seats: What do I do? Turn up maybe hours beforehand to wait? Get into a panel in the same room beforehand and stay in it? Whats the best plan?
|
# ¿ Jul 11, 2016 10:58 |
|
So at the end of a panel they dont kick you out? And in fact, I can actually get up and move to a cooler seat?

RevKrule posted:Yes. No panel room clears out and there's always a couple minutes in between panels when they need to count availability to figure out how many people to let in during which you can snag a better seat. But I assume as they usher you out, there is a line outside formed for the next panel, right? So don't you just get shunted to the end of that line?
|
# ¿ Jul 12, 2016 06:47 |

Oh right so you just don't leave at the end of the panel, and if you have a chance when the panel people aren't looking, jump a row?
