Are crashes to desktop still common? I can't make any progress on my campaign because starting a mission or saving causes a CTD. My internet went down right before so I don't know if there's some cloud save fuckery or something afoot

OK, the crashes were totally something to do with cloud saves because when I got back on the internet it stopped crashing. So, how long do Resistance/Supply Raid/Guerilla Ops-type missions stay on the map? I know Retaliation Missions are time-sensitive but for those other ones, sometimes I could use a day or two to get something online. Do Covert Ops not drain will? Do soldiers actually gain back Will while on ops? It feels like sending tired soldiers on ops is working out

Is there a way to mass evac all your soldiers when they're in the extraction zone? Why are the animations so slow

(The only hiccup is that sometimes evac isn't on 3, but that's not too difficult to compensate for) That's what I was asking earlier, I can tab through other soldiers and issue commands during normal movement but when I am evacuating, the game doesn't seem to recognize any commands until the previous soldier has finished roping up (or in the case of specialists, waiting an extra five seconds for the gremlin to follow)

Considering that about halfway through you are regularly facing enemies with massive guaranteed AOE damage and compounding buffs and disables, getting shot at by a gun is usually the least of my worries in Turn 2 of a firefight

The first Alien Ruler Story mission is hilarious with a Templar with Reaper. And a Reaper with Banish. And a Sharpshooter with Face Off but I guess that option was always there

I meant that I I literally almost did not see them at all in the campaign I just finished. Where they used to pop up, I saw more ADVENT Priests and Spectres instead. The final mission spawned a full pod of Sectoids and I think that accounted for 20% of the Sectoids I saw the entire campaign

Yeah, I did not like using SPARKs and would rather field a deep bench of soldiers who benefit even more from the WOTC additions (Covert Ops and upgrading from pool points)

I may have been short-sighted in getting the subdue upgrade for Zephyr instead of Lockdown I have also bottlenecked myself on Intel and am only just now researching the tech for upgraded field teams, this is just like timing my satellites poorly in XCOM1
