You cannot rock a t-shirt and sick (re: dumbshit) tattoos. This game was poo poo. I'm wasn'tt mad, just disappointed. Then my sniper took the head off some snake bitch with two revolver shots back to back. You win some, you lose some.

I have an always angry Scotsman with a giant 'fooking' sword who absolutely wastes every muthafuck he comes across. Aim PCS are not for your snipers. Dude always looks so pleased with himself when he's catching a ride back to the Avenger.

Telly Savalas would never betray Earth or her people. So glad we made him a member of whatever shadowy cabal used to rule the planet.quote:Sectoids are basically non-factors and almost completely disappear from the campaign a couple months in, so being super good against sectoids isn't really a significant upside. Being loving useless against Mutons is a substantially bigger downside. Have you considered you are bad with the choppy men? Choppy men rule, you drool.

SpookyLizard posted:Disorient gives some weird buff to crit chance. And it only gives -20 aim which is weak asf. I buffed disorient to be -50 aim, which may be a little high but I'm playing on legendary with IESS+ so go gently caress yourself. It makes flashbangs immensely powerful and even the weakest form of Mindspin seriously useful. I highly recommend doing this. Totally agree with this. I also increased the duration to three turns. Flashbangs and Sectoids are mean muthafuckas now. Another fun thing to try for stupid Legendary runs with bullshit spawn counts, disable +hp progression and replace it with +armor pip per tier. Sometimes I wonder if I hate myself just a little. Still, good times.

The 'Unconventional Warfare' Mod adds some pretty fun classes. Saboteur, Insurgent and Infiltrator are probably the best three... but the last one comes with Lightning Hands and Run'n'Gun which is probably somewhat imbalanced for vanilla play. I've actually turned off the stock classes and use the ones I mentioned, plus a hacked up Trooper mod that functions more like an old support, a dedicated heavy gunner from the Rifleman mod and my sharpshooters are from the Gifted mod, which I think is called PsiRookies. Class mods are actually really simple to change and do your own thing with.

Would be a pretty new experience with totally new classes. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=633381045&searchtext=disable There's an issue you have to resolve though, the mod will keep your troops from being able to equip pcs. Run Gatecrasher, or the quickstart mod, save your game then disable to the mod itself and run 'Ignore Missing Content'. The original classes still show up as mission rewards, from the black market or resistance hq, but you can just ignore them at that point.

The number of missions is related to how many haven folks are set to 'intel'. For the first few months, don't bother with more than a single guy. They'll pull council and the odd guerilla op, but with only ones with days of infiltration time. Speaking of singular things, is it difficult to change a class name? I loving hate the fact they went with 'shinobi'... to the point where I just straight up disabled it and downloaded one called SpecOps. I get the feeling I'm missing out on some cool infiltration toys though, but I just can't bring myself to have one of my dudes classed as a weeaboo shitlord. The only complaint that I could't fix myself.

If anyone wants to take the weeaboo down a notch, you can just copy and paste the Shinobi classdata.ini stuff into another LW2 compatible class' .ini, then delete the entries. Feels good, man. Feels loving good.
