Also any boom or loader arm has to be binded down with its own chain and binder). I see a lot of the opposite in WA. F550 chassis cabs with a service box on the back for animal control with room for like, 10 animals in the back. Some of the DOT trucks that roam around seem seriously over specced for what they do on a daily basis.
