Ah yeah, it's that game I collected and never played as a child. Even had a foil Charizard that everyone went insane over. Might as well take the leap now, I suppose.

 Mewtwo kept healing itself since Damage Change swaps damage counters but due to Ninetales being immune to effects, the counters were never placed on it and Mewtwo went back down to zero damage. And they never swapped out Mewtwo. Eventually my opponent decked out. It was a hell of a match.

I just don't have anything better in that slot right and when it gets to do its job, it does it decently enough. Out of my collection, I've also been thinking about sliding in Pidgeot EX, Oranguru, or even Hawlucha just for the utility. Steadily climbing my way into a playable deck on the online client, traded for some Guzmas and wow, it's basically like going from a scooter to rocket ship in terms of the difference it makes. Sure, having moves that reach back and hit pokemon on the bench are alright but usually do 50 damage at most, this just lets me yank that GX sitting back there and get rid of it for good. Not to mention I don't have to spend the entire game widdling down their entire team now.PMush Perfect posted:I'd definitely consider Oranguru over a just-because Lugia. Yeah, I did the swap.
