Nowadays, you can do anything that you want; anal, oral, fisting, but you need to be wearing gloves, condoms, protection.
Mentally I tend to refer to myself as 'we', or often envision myself as a third person asking myself questions or being interviewed by an anonymous party about things. For some reason I find referring to myself in first person, mentally, highly uncomfortable.
