 This took way more googling to find than I would have thought. This tiny picture was all I could find. When I was probably 5 or 6 these creepy assholes were all over my hometown. There were a few at the park and at the elementary school playground, always at the edge of the woods, staring at the kids. I was convinced that they moved around at night, and that if you opened the hatch on the back, they'd be full of bones.
