I really enjoy the iRacing AI. I'll run AI races during off hours when there is isn't anything populated that I'm interested in. I created some custom rosters with friends names so the poo poo talk can be personal.

I played way too much GeneRally, would love for the sequel to actually release. In the meantime I have played Circuit Superstars (on PC). Which is fun for a short time, but doesn't have the playerbase or the magic that GeneRally did. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_DFyr2k0OA

I would wager that the active Steam population for iRacing is the minority of active users. I don't have the client installed on my current PC to check how many people are online however.

I had no idea about the web interface. The numbers used to be on the old membersite, but that's losing more and more functionality as they transition to the UI. Just wish they'd make searching and navigating results/stats/series standings better in the UI.

I have a simagic gt4 rim (much less sophisticated than that / half the price) and I think it's great. Thick carbon fiber baseplate, buttons feel real good, etc.
