Why isn't there any exit poll data available yet?

There was an account posting fake exit polling data on Twitter for a while. In case you were wondering, the (presumably) fake numbers had Bernie up ~ 55-45 and Trump coming in way under his poll numbers, but still several points ahead of Kasich.

Look, I didn't say it was interesting fake data.

The Republicans are going to go into a brokered convention at this rate :getin:

Trump getting somewhere between 30%-55% of the delegates (overall, not tonight, duh) probably makes this possible. Still very unlikely though

I was off by one. Vermin actually came in 4th. 241 votes with 89% of precincts reporting.

Jim Gilmore is in 14th place with 125 votes with 88% of precincts reporting. But even though he lost to Vermin, he did garner 10x as many votes as he did in Iowa. If the trend continues I fully expect that he will get 1,250 votes in South Carolina.

Oh, I see chess player/all-around strange dude Sam Sloan is running for the Democratic nomination this year! Congrats on your 15 votes (and counting), Mr. Sloan.

It's kind of upsetting, to me, that the majority of republicans who live in my state chose Trump.

Take comfort in that it was only a plurality that voted for him, while the majority voted for other candidates.

...but not that much comfort.
