Is it bad to laser etch tortillas? Kept the power down and did quick passes so they didn't catch fire but it still felt like Something You're Not Supposed To Do.

Bip Roberts posted:My favorite story like this is the general who bullied a bunch of Area 51 employees into letting him fly the USs only MiG 23, ignored their advice about how it was super squirrelly at high speeds and crashed it into the Nevada desert at Mach 2.5. His death then had to be covered up because of the secrecy of the program. quote:At such speeds, with the wings fully swept back to 72°, the MiG had very limited pitch authority and was inclined to yaw and roll. Bond lost control,[nb 3] made a distress call ("I gotta get out of here") and was then killed in the ejection, when the slipstream broke his neck and shredded the canopy of his parachute. The aircraft crashed in the desert, diving in at a 60° angle[14] and impacting on what is now known as Jackass Flats How apt. Olothreutes posted:Plutonium sticks around basically forever in your body, it's not good. It has a tendency to seek out your bones and stay there (bones don't change much so there isn't a lot of opportunity for it to come out) and when it does migrate out it hits the liver and most of it goes straight back to your bones. You should not ingest plutonium. You should especially not inhale it. The Something Awful Forums > Main > General Bullshit > OSHA You should not ingest plutonium. You should especially not inhale it.

I did the thing where you tied a Mentos to a string and secured it in the cap with the string in the threads so that it goes off explosively when you knock the bottle over or throw it. That was a good bit of fun. But gently caress, now I have to try that with little pouches of activated charcoal. If a Mentos will send a bottle rocketing 50' through the air I wonder wtf that would do.
