despite loving animals my advice for the adverage person is don't get pets and if they won't take that advice it's don't get whatever they're thinking of getting, get a cat you can certainly have a rewarding relationship with other animals, but I don't think the vast majority of people are capable, I feel bad I don't have enough time for my guinea pigs between two jobs and night school, (at least I'm glad they have a spacious pen and each other) that said I'm happy to see the birdlove here  also your manner certainly affects your pets' but they're still individuals and some cats won't give a gently caress and will be on your table eating your hanging fern, but they at least will be nice about it and not nasty
