i work 55 hours a week as a welder and my job is pretty physical. i've started to go to the gym but i'm sore and tired all the loving time now and it is making my job difficult. is swinging a sledgehammer all day followed by gym time at night too much stress for my lame body or will it get better in a few weeks

right on bro we're doing similar routines. i figure once the doms stops being so intense it'll get a little easier, the hardest part is avoiding the beers after work. there's some pretty decent guys on the crew that i like but if i go out and have 3 beers with them it's not like i'm gonna go to the gym afterwards
