W&W is for encouragement, GBS is for laughing at the assholes taking up the squat racks for over an hour, one pair doing squats with ten minutes of "prep" in between, and the other "deadlifting" 480 lbs with wrist straps and his legs so wide apart that his legs had about three inches of motion and 90% of his set was him leaning way back and thrusting his dick over the bar.

What's wrong with wrist straps? I use them for deadlifting and shrugs so my baby hands don't hold me back

dude you can't even curl 25 pounders the hell you being smug over lmao

Judging everyone around you, much like lifting weights, and watching other guys in the mirror is a valid part of a gym routine and you can only get better at it if you practice. With a consistent routine this guy could go from curling 20s and judging normal people to curling 50s and making fun of crossfitters in no time

Was told to go rear end to grass ever since i first started squatting. Plus it feels good. Until the next day when my knees are sore.

Go as low as you're comfortable going, I guess if it hurts your knees to go v far down consider not going so low

Stop benching is bad advice for getting your bench to go up. Do more shoulder work isn't. If anything, bench more often and do shoulder stuff afterwards. Lift more weight and do it more often, also, imo

Do they match your purse?

anyone do the keto thing before? it seems scary to avoid carbs since my brain equates carbs with performance

It depends on what exactly you're looking for out of it. When I need to dig myself out of a fat lazy hole and get back to the gym, keto is a good way to lose weight and still make some gains. Once your body is used to it (after like a week, maybe) you have plenty of energy. If you're already approaching a decent weight/start to plateau, you can look into cyclical keto, where you pretty much eat a bunch of carbs all weekend and don't during the week. I use it as an excuse to eat a lot of pizza and drink beer on the weekends

My doc told me that crepitis, crunching, and popping is normal with my knees. He said that i should only worry if it gets louder/different or causes pain. He said he could remove the popping and crepitis via surgery but it would be purely cosmetic and wouldn't improve any function. YMMV i saw specialist and got an mri.

For anyone unfamiliar with the term, crepitus is the sound bones make when they grind against each other, usually because they're broken or because the cartilage padding them is worn away. Definitely a thing to get cleared by your doctor before you work out. Good luck with your terrible knees, friend

Brofessors claim that test will only murder your hair if you are genetically predisposed for thin/bald hair. So it basically accelerates the inevitable

How the brofessors know this, i do not know

The bro scientific method is pretty much to come up with ideas that sound right while you work out, then post them to body building forums. The more people parrot your theory, the more correct it is
