Bench with a spotter, keep going until you can't and have the spotter give just enough help to get the bar up. The next time do the same with more weight, repeat until omg gainz

Get a lift off on the heavy stuff so you don't waste energy or concentration on just getting the bar to the starting point, and on the heavy have the spotter give just enough help to get the bar up, repeat until it becomes a negative lift. Then wear out the tris & chest as heavy as they'll go, dropping the weight after each failure so you get more failures in session. Then eat protein like a fat chick on a cheesecake.
